We were fortunate that the previous owner had extended the kitchen and dining room and built his wife a ceramics room to teach. This made AV3 the biggest square footage house in the neighborhood. With all the extra space, we created an en suite, a bedroom with a walk in closet and bathroom. When completed the home had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A longer remodel that was worth the wait!
