Seven Bridges Holdings, LLC is a Missouri Company. The principals of Seven Bridges Holdings are Kyle - President, Yvette - VP of Administration and Shawna - VP of Operations.

All principals have attended and excelled in training courses to learn the skills of buying, remodeling, selling, wholesaling and investing in the Real Estate market. Currently, we are in our 5th year.
Shawna is our in house Realtor allowing us insight into the MLS. Our goal in the coming year is to secure a brokers license to increase our visibility in the market.
Our goals for each remodel is to provide the buyer with a solid investment in a home. We follow current trends and offer well thought and comprehensive remodels.
Our remodels give buyers brand new kitchens from top to bottom- new flooring, new cabinets, trendy but timeless backsplashes to brighten every kitchen and new Whirlpool appliances including Stoves, Microwaves, Dishwashers and Counter Depth Refrigerators.
