We really stepped it up on this one... the previous owner attempted to turn the garage into an extra room. To fully finish the room, we added flooring, a closet, and vent for AC and heat. This mud room and moving the laundry to the first floor became a great selling point.

As always the kitchen became a gem.  By turning the garage into a legitimate bedroom or office, it eclipsed the loss of the garage. A newly wed couple fell in love and purchased it after 7 weeks on the market.
